NKU Technologies is looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join its fast-growing and dynamic team. The role involves selecting appropriate Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning models, fine-tuning existing models, supporting tech leads, writing production code, supporting data engineers, proposing QA processes, and staying updated on ML advancements.
Responsibilities:
Select appropriate AI, NLP, and machine learning models for use cases
Fine-tune existing models to solve specific problems with better accuracy and latency
Support tech lead in building scalable AI/ML systems architecture
Write production code that meets high-quality and maintainability standards
Support Data Engineer in building custom data pipelines
Propose and implement QA processes and metrics for models
Participate actively in technical chapters and the squad
Stay updated on ML and NLP advancements
Apply and optimize advanced ML, deep learning, and statistical modeling algorithms
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience with Python and as an ML Engineer
Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face libraries, LLM frameworks, and monitoring platforms for ML
Other:
Experience with RLHF and event sourcing pattern is a plus
