Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating comprehensive technical help files, user manuals, and how-to documents. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, and the expertise to create documents enriched with screenshots and visual aids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain technical help files, user manuals, and how-to documents
• Create and incorporate screenshots, diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance clarity and usability
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy
• Maintain and organize documentation in a content management system
• Analyze user feedback to improve documentation
• Adhere to and help develop documentation style guides and templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation with product updates and new releases

Requirements:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable documentation
• Experience in a software development environment
• Knowledge of CMS and version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
