Job Description:
As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and ensuring the consistent generation of high-quality leads for our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales development strategies to drive pipeline growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve their individual and team goals. Provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Oversee the process of lead generation, qualification, and nurturing, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead conversion.
- Track and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales development efforts, and implement improvements where needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the SDR team.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
