Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at DanzSoft located in Lodhran. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Requirements:

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
