Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Vampwelt. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team, resolving customer complaints, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve online delivery rates and sales.
• Handle customer communications through various channels (calls, emails, social media).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement process improvements.
• Manage Shopify store operations and resolve related issues.
• Liaise with logistics companies (LCS, TCS, Postex) to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Education Required:

• Relevant coursework or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify store operations and management.
• Experience with social media sales generation and online delivery management.
• Friendly, convincing, and dedicated with a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
