Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Grey Circles Communication, you will develop and implement our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and achieve our marketing goals. You will manage our social media accounts, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
