Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist at Topdot's Lahore office. We are looking for a talented LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to become a part of our team and use the platform to strategically reach out to others. You will be in charge of creating and carrying out outreach campaigns to establish connections with possible partners, clients, and influential people in the industry as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist. Your main objectives will be to grow our network, produce leads, and improve brand awareness on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out LinkedIn outreach campaigns to establish connections with potential partners, clients, and industry influencers.
- Develop engaging and personalized messages to effectively reach out to targeted prospects.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Utilize LinkedIn tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, and LinkedIn Analytics to optimize outreach efforts.
- Maintain and grow the company's LinkedIn network by connecting with relevant professionals and organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn platform updates, features, and best practices.
- Report on outreach activities, lead generation, and campaign results to management.
- Assist in creating content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and company updates to support outreach goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key contacts to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn platform features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft engaging messages.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, and LinkedIn Analytics is preferred.
- Experience in B2B/B2C outreach and familiarity with relevant industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of the US IT/Software development industry, trends, and market dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
