Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our SQA team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Mobile and Web applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, executing test cases, and identifying and documenting bugs while also collaborating with developers and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables will be a crucial aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Mobile and Web-based applications.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues found during testing.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that bugs are resolved and proper testing is conducted.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been addressed.
• Conduct compatibility testing across different mobile devices and OS versions.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Provide feedback on usability and user experience aspects of the applications.
• Stay updated on the latest QA methodologies and tools.
• Participate in Agile development processes and meetings.
• Assist in the automation of test cases where applicable.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically testing Android, IOS, and Web applications.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, JIRA (management tool).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
