Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Student Counselor. The ideal candidate will excel in high-pressure environments and have outstanding communication skills to guide students through the admission process and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on educational and career goals.
• Assist in selecting suitable courses and universities.
• Manage the entire application and visa process.
• Conduct mock interviews for university admissions.
• Maintain and update CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Stay updated on education sector trends.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (preferred).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling or sales (preferred; however, fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and adaptability to learning curve are also encouraged to apply).
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
