Job Description:

We’re seeking a sales development officer to create marketing and sales collateral that demonstrates the benefits, features, and value of our products/services to our target audience. We need someone on our team who can conduct message testing, competitive research, and position our products/services in a way that effectively caters to our buyer personas.

Responsibilities:

• Receive/place calls from/to potential customers & represent yourself as a dedicated employee of CHROMEIS.
• Persuade customers to buy our products or services.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attention for all contacts and transactions – including contact through emails and telephone calls.
• Explain services and special promotions to customers in a convincing manner.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and record maintenance at the time of sale.
• Meet specified sales per month goals.
• Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.
• Maintain knowledge of the functional area and company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.

Education Required:

• Intermediate or bachelor’s degree.

Requirements:

• Expert user of computers.
• Past experience in sales in ISP or web hosting is a plus and may result in a good starting salary.
• 10% commission on every sale made.
