Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and build trust with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming orders and conduct confirmation calls to customers to verify the order and ensure that customer details are accurate.
- Manage and respond promptly to customer queries and feedback on various social media platforms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors to manage orders and deliveries.
- Track and update replaced, returned, or unfulfilled orders.
- Create and update product listings with accurate and detailed information.
Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience of 6 months to 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.
