Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into clients for our Software Development Services (SDS). The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pitching for sales, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
• Identify and qualify leads for Software Development Services (SDS).
• Create and execute outbound marketing strategies to generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress toward targets.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the website development or digital services industry.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, and software development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Business Development: 2 years (Required).
