Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. This role will focus on bulk recruitment for various blue-collar positions within the Canadian market, including drivers, technicians, machine operators and other skilled positions. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s needs in these critical areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective, efficient, proactive, and innovative hiring strategies to attract best-fitting candidates for Integriti Group clients.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs and determine optimum sourcing strategies.
• Seek alternate sourcing strategies and tools when current tools’ effectiveness changes.
• Conduct appropriate pre-screening including technical questionnaires.
• Consistently meet recruitment KPIs & metrics based on established Integriti Group goals and processes.
• Maintain candidate records using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or other related recruiting software.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates to meet short- and long-term hiring needs of the clients.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Requirements:

• Native to strong command of English Language (verbal and written).
• Self-learner: Ability to learn from video tutorials and internet research.
• Ability to set up daily and weekly plans and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and can work autonomously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for regular communications with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
• 1 - 2 years of Technical Recruitment Experience.
