Job Description:

Aptitude Consultants is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and driving our brand's online growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and animations.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and leverage them to enhance our brand presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
• Use various tools and software to create and edit content, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Studio, and more.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Studio, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
