Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for managing the entire bid process using the freelancing platform Upwork, and freelancer.com and ensuring a high level of excellence. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses while working to deadlines and targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through Freelancing Platforms.
• Bidding on freelancing platforms daily to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales.
• Create and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the IT industry.
• Communicate with potential clients through various channels, including emails, messages, and calls, to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.

Education Required:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Bidding/Proposal writing on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
• Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hardworking, organized, efficient, and creative work ethic.
• Must be proficient in Written English.
