Job Description:

As the CMS Team Lead at Black Buck Designs, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled developers and designers in the implementation and maintenance of content management systems. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch CMS solutions that meet their business needs and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of CMS developers and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of CMS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CMS solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of CMS implementations through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CMS trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the team's workflow.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as UX/UI design, digital marketing, and project management, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and managing CMS projects, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Proficiency in popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Joomla, or others.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
