Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Operator for the Night Shift at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of systems and networks during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT networking and resolve any network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system issues.
• Address hardware and software problems efficiently.
• Handle server operations and ensure their optimal performance.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
• Provide technical support and assistance to team members as needed.
• Document and report any issues and their resolutions to the management.

Education Required:

• A degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT networking.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating system issues and troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency in managing and resolving networking issues.
• Experience as a server operator.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift.
