Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and cultivating potential clients within North America through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain a strong client portfolio, aligning our staffing services with their specific needs and market challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients across North America using cold calling, networking, and social media strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client staffing needs, industry trends, and market challenges.
• Align our staffing solutions with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and managerial staff within client organizations.
• Create a diverse client portfolio by targeting various business sectors.
• Work closely with internal teams to tailor and present staffing solutions that meet client needs.
• Present and demonstrate our services, highlighting unique selling points (USPs) effectively.
• Deliver well-prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future sales strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of all completed and in-progress activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity while handling client data.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com); master’s degree preferred.

Requirements:

• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills will be considered.
• Previous experience in online/telephonic sales is essential.
• BPO experience is preferred.
• Strong command of English (listening, speaking, and writing).
• Self-driven and organized with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Adaptability and integrity in a professional setting.
• Persuasive and effective follow-up skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone (5pm to 2am).
• Proximity to DHA Phase VIII, Lahore.
