Job Description:

As a Restaurant Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the restaurant. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive image of the restaurant and building long-lasting relationships with our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, and escort them to their tables.
• Provide menus, give recommendations, and take orders accurately.
• Ensure all guests' concerns and complaints are handled promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or functions at the restaurant.

Education Required:

• Relevant education or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
