Job Description:

We are a dynamic software company seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelancer Bidder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling proposals to bid on projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
• Identify potential clients and projects that align with company services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and negotiate terms.
• Maintain a high win-rate by crafting persuasive and tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure project success.
• Keep track of bid statuses and follow up with clients as needed.

Education Required:

• Intermediate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong command over proposal writing and bidding.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in both morning and night shifts.
• Located in or willing to commute to Model Colony, Karachi (Near Airport).
