Job Description:

GHA Marketing Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Content Curator/Writer role for our Lahore office. He/She would develop engaging, creative, and compelling content for various social media platforms to promote podcasts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to write, edit, and publish high-quality posts.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Interact with the Podcast Manager and team members, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community around podcast content.
• Monitor podcasts for trending clips, ideas, and feedback.
• Analyze social media for process improvement and optimize content strategies.
• Utilize analytical skills to ensure high standards of quality.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Writer or Content Writer.
• Ability to create compelling content for social media posts and campaigns (YouTube, TikTok).
• Strong analytical skills to monitor podcast trends and adjust content strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of industry quality standards.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
