Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a talented and dedicated individual with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team in Lahore for an exciting USA project. This role involves working night shifts and is perfect for those with experience in website sales and call center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for website sales.
• Promote and sell SEO and web development services.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize sales strategies.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in English communication.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 2 AM).
• Experience in website sales via cold calling is a plus.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
