Job Description:

Agent will be responsible for soliciting sales over the call, chat and email. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of resolving customer query.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer consultations and provide assistance with booking and reservations.
• Manage sales inquiries and promote products or services effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and support throughout the interaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively during the night shift (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
• Experience in customer consultation, booking, and reservations.
• Proven skills in sales and promotion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
