Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Sales Specialist to join SmartBrains Technologies Pvt. Ltd in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer communication, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, providing staff training, and overseeing sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communication and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Provide training to staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships to enhance sales performance.

Education Required:
