Job Description:

As a Telemarketing Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our products/services through effective telephone communication.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and services.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

Requirements:
