Job Description:
We're currently in search of a proactive Lead Generator to join our esteemed team at Zai Systems (SMC-PVT) LTD. As a crucial member of our business development efforts, you'll play a key role in identifying and nurturing potential leads that align with our business objectives. This remote-based position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with salary initiation following the probationary period, dependent upon performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and target demographics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
