Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets for business expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use this information to inform business development strategies.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Grey Circles Communication and establish connections with key stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and sales, within the marketing/advertising industry is a must.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in market research and analysis, with a strategic approach to business development.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Networking skills and experience attending industry events and conferences.
