Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Team Lead at Black Buck Designs in Karāchi. The Development Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the development team, overseeing front-end and back-end development projects, and implementing best practices in Html, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee front-end and back-end development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Implement best practices and standards in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Coordinate with other teams to align development efforts with business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve processes and practices.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong team leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
