Job Description:

SkySoft Connections seeks a highly skilled and experienced SEO and Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-plus years of hands-on experience, advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, excellent analytical skills, and exceptional English communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and other elements to improve search engine visibility.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and overall marketing objectives.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of optimized content.
• Design and execute advanced link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of link-building campaigns.
• Utilize advanced SEO tools to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide detailed reports on SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and emerging trends.
• Use insights from market research to inform and adjust SEO strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior SEO and marketing team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
