Job Description:

eSpark Consulting Group is looking for a skillful Node.js developer to create/modify/debug our microservices and develop web services. You will be collaborating with our front-end application developers, Offshore team for backend development, designing back-end components, and integrating data storage and protection solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain all server-side network components.
• Ensure optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Design customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support.
• Document Node.js processes, including database schemas, and prepare reports.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.
• Stay informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a similar field.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a Node.js developer.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience with Docker, Kafka, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Proficiency with databases such as Cassandra, InfluxDB, MySQL, and Prometheus.
• Experience developing test cases using JEST.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
