Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Eazisols. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in the IT Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments to inform business strategy.
• Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
• Utilize expertise in freelancing platforms to drive sales and expand our client base.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT industry.
