Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for managing the entire bid process using the freelancing platform Upwork, and freelancer.com and ensuring a high level of excellence. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses while working to deadlines and targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com.
• Bid on freelancing platforms daily to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales.
• Manage the entire bid process, ensuring a high level of excellence.
• Understand technical concepts and tender questions to provide clear and concise responses.
• Work to deadlines and targets, maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree (CS or IT background is a plus).

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in bidding/proposal writing.
• Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hardworking, organized, efficient, and creative work ethic.
• Proficient in written English.
