Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Agent. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC technicians.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on service times.
• Ensure timely dispatch of technicians to service locations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and technician assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Education Required:

• Relevant education or experience in a dispatch or customer service role.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
