Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an e-Commerce Specialist located in Sialkot District. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms to increase revenue and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online sales platforms to increase revenue and enhance customer experience.
• Handle digital ads management to drive traffic and sales.
• Source and hunt for products to expand the online product catalog.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage e-commerce strategies to improve site performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory management and product sourcing.
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to online sales.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
