Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Female Customer Service Representative. The ideal applicant will have a strong desire for achieving outstanding client sales and excellent verbal and writing communication abilities. Engaging with potential clients, learning about their wants, and tell them the benefits of our services that best meet their demands will be your duty as a customer sales representative.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential customers, identify leads, and set appointments.
• Qualify leads and build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions to management.
• Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge and communicate changes to customers as needed.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
