Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and leads for the company business.
- Utilize LinkedIn and Email Marketing platforms to send cold emails and generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the IT industry.
- Communicate with potential clients through various channels (emails, messages, calls) to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Collaborate with top management to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new lead-generation opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and outcomes to the management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the internal communication system.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a similar role within the IT/Software Development industry.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed business development targets.
- Knowledge of the US IT/Software development industry, trends, and market dynamics.
