Job Description:

A UI/UX designer is who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites and creating visual elements that align with our client’s branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites that align with clients’ branding.
• Working with various content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Presenting and defending designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Education Required:

• Minimum Graduation with a relevant diploma in a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
• Good understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
• Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
• Awareness of UI/UX principles and best practices.
