Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching our products/services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. You should have strong communication skills with a strategic mindset to develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for new business development.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and build relationships.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and performance.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
