Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will involve boosting revenue by identifying, prospecting, and sealing new business opportunities within the digital marketing domain. Effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the digital marketing domain, specifically focused on online gaming products in the USA market.
• Actively engage in customer hunting activities to generate sales and increase revenue.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using Excel or similar tools.
• Share reports with the team lead regularly to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Education Required:

• Minimum qualification of Intermediate (12th grade) or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Experience as a sales executive, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in digital marketing trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately and work full-time from the Lahore office.
