Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with company needs and culture.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and introduction to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in construction industry practices.
• Administer performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.
• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and conflicts promptly and fairly, promoting a positive work environment.
• Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Manage payroll operations accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Identify employee development needs and opportunities for career growth, supporting talent retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding best practices, and training program development.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and employee relations practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
