Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in providing end-user support and ensuring smooth IT operations within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support to all staff members.
• Deliver onsite and remote end-user support for all running applications and software.
• Support additional applications/software as they are deployed.
• Configure and support web-based applications.
• Install and configure operating systems and software.
• Install and configure anti-virus clients.
• Clean, format, and rebuild infected systems.
• Provide Linux-based PC support, including desktop/laptop drivers installation.
• Install, configure, and activate Microsoft Windows.
• Join Windows to domains and configure user IDs.
• Configure client-end networks and troubleshoot LAN issues.
• Maintain proper functioning of hardware such as desktops, laptops, and printers.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting various IT systems and applications.
