Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Agent will be responsible for soliciting sales over the call, chat and email. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of resolving customer query.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing incoming orders and conducting confirmation calls to customers to verify the order and ensure that customer details are accurate.
  • Manage and respond promptly to customer queries and feedback on a variety of social media platforms, ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Coordination and communication with vendors to manage orders and the deliveries of customers.
  • Track and update replaced, returned, or unfulfilled orders.
  • Create and update product listings with accurate and detailed information.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Experience of 6 months to 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.
