Job Description:

GHA Marketing Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Podcast Manager for our Lahore office. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the quality organic content submitted to clients, including audio, video, and written content. Analyze long and short video content.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of organic content, including audio, video, and written content submitted to clients.
• Analyze long and short video content for effectiveness and engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote podcasts across social media channels.
• Plan, produce, and review engaging organic video content that resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the team to create high-quality video content aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor podcast trends and audience feedback to refine content strategy.
• Oversee the recording process and manage podcast episode editing to maintain high-quality standards.
• Promote videos across various platforms and actively engage with the audience.
• Develop episode themes and utilize effective storytelling techniques to enhance viewer engagement.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Podcast Manager.
• Ability to create compelling organic content for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of industry quality standards for video and audio content production.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust content strategy based on audience engagement metrics.
• Experience in a similar role within the digital media or entertainment industry is preferred.
