Job Description:

Dispatch Lane is currently seeking a skilled Taxi Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a Taxi Dispatcher, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching taxi services for our valued customers. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in taxi dispatching.

Responsibilities:

• Take phone calls in high volumes and efficiently manage taxi dispatch requests.
• Dispatch taxis to customers promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all taxi trips, including distance, time, and fare details.
• Provide pricing information and quotations to customers via phone and email.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in taxi dispatching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably with a British accent.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility with working hours to accommodate shifts as needed.
