Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Telesales Representatives for our USA outbound campaign, focusing on Spectrum upgrades. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential customers, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and promote Spectrum upgrade services.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Update customer information and sales interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Education Required:

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in any field.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about work and dedicated to achieving targets.
• Minimum of 1.5 years experience in any USA outbound campaign.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Proper dedication to work.
