Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for Vampwelt, an e-commerce store located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-dressed, and possess a professional demeanor. This is a full-time position with a focus on customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and courier shipments.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and policies.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Manage and update office databases and contact lists.

Education Required:

• Intermediate (Preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in public dealing (Preferred).
• Ability to commute/relocate to Lahore.
