Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our call center team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls with the goal of providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service. You will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Providing accurate information regarding product or service inquiries.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints with patience and empathy.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
• Following communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Contributing to team goals and meeting targets set by management.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
