Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager at AFM Energy. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts, providing technical support, and driving sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and develop strong relationships with customers.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Drive sales activities and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and follow-up.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical sales, account management, and customer service.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the energy industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Ability to travel as required for customer visits and sales meetings.
