Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative designs for various mediums. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create visually appealing and cohesive designs that effectively communicate the brand's identity and values.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and innovative designs for websites, social media, marketing materials, and advertisements.
• Preferably create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, focusing on enhancing the user experience.
• Design distinctive logos that effectively represent and communicate the brand’s identity and values.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design tools to create and refine designs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives, present ideas and designs, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Work closely with other designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and aligned visual content across all platforms.
• Adhere to project timelines and manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity by ensuring consistency across all design materials.
• Incorporate constructive feedback into design work to continuously improve and adapt to changing project needs.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required if supplemented with a strong portfolio.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Experience or strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design is preferred.
• Proven experience in creating impactful logos, demonstrating a keen sense of brand identity is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
