Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Upwork & Freelancer Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new projects on Upwork and Freelancer by crafting compelling bids and proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Create and maintain an effective bidding strategy to secure new projects.
• Craft compelling and customized proposals for each bid to attract clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide necessary clarifications.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for project bids.
• Maintain a record of all bids and follow up with clients as needed.
• Monitor and analyze bidding performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in bidding on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Proven track record of winning bids and securing projects on these platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret client requirements.
• Proficiency in creating compelling and customized proposals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and best practices in online bidding.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
